HotRetail is pleased to announce a vacancy for the position of Store Launch Manager About the Role We are looking for a leader to launch and then manage our first shoe store in Batumi or Tbilisi. Store size: 60–130 m². After a successful opening and achieving target KPIs, the role offers opportunities to scale the network and expand responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Store Launch Search for and evaluate commercial premises for leaseParticipate in negotiations with landlordsOrganize and supervise store renovation worksManage the installation of retail equipment according to the approved layout/designPrepare the store for opening Operational Management Hire, train, and manage staffCreate work schedules and ensure discipline and complianceControl cash-handling procedures and inventory accountingMaintain inbound documents and internal paperworkEnsure service standards and visual merchandising guidelinesBe personally present in the store and participate in sales Sales & Reporting Deliver sales targets and KPIsAnalyze daily and monthly performance metricsPrepare sales and stock reportsParticipate in merchandise ordering and replenishment planning Requirements Retail store management experience of 2–3+ years is a plus, but not mandatoryStore launch/opening experience is also a plusTeam management skills (3–10 employees)Understanding of sales, KPIs, and inventory managementStrong sense of responsibility, organization, and leadershipFluent Georgian — highly preferredFluent Russian, Ukrainian, or English — preferredConfident PC user (Excel, POS systems, document workflow) We Offer Bonus for a successful store launchPercentage of store turnoverQuarterly KPI achievement bonusesLong-term growth potential to managing multiple stores, and eventually the entire store network in GeorgiaSupport from the owners and established business processes Please send your CV to the following email address: hotshoes@ukr.net
