At Brandlink Georgia,we are building a multilingual customer experience team in the heart of Tbilisi. We are looking for a Turkish-speaking Customer Communication Specialist to join our team and support our expansion into the Turkish market in the children's English education sector. Key ResponsibilitiesCommunicate with potential customers and provide information about English learning programs for children aged 3–12.Respond to customer inquiries and follow up with customers via phone calls and WhatsApp.Invite families to participate in trial lessons and assist them throughout the process.Follow up with customers after trial lessons and help them choose the most suitable learning program.Support customer engagement, satisfaction, and conversion.Research local education services and help us better understand customer needs in the Turkish market. RequirementsNative or fluent Turkish speaker.Fluent EnglishExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Customer-oriented mindset with strong persuasion and problem-solving abilities.Motivation to achieve targets and deliver a positive customer experience.Previous experience in customer support, sales, marketing, or the education industry is an advantage.
