We are pleased to announce an opening for the position of Cold Line Cook Duty Station: Tbilisi, Georgia. Type of Appointment: Full-time. Estimated Start Date: As soon as possible.   Scope: A Cold Line Cook is responsible for preparing food and setting up other necessary supplies. They make sure everything has been set up correctly before starting work.   Duties & Responsibilities:  Set up and stock stations with all necessary suppliesPrepare food for service (e.g., chopping vegetables or preparing sauces)Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staffAnswer, report, and follow the executive or sous chef’s instructionsClean up the station and take care of leftover foodStock inventory appropriatelyEnsure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality, and in a timely fashionComply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards Requirements:   Vocational education in the field of beverages and food (will be considered an advantage); At least 1 year of experience working in a similar positionKnowledge of European and Georgian cuisine;   Are you ready?
