Capital Georgia Travel announces a vacancy for the position: Incoming Tour Manager Location: Tbilisi Conditions of Work: Full time Working Hours: Monday- Friday 10:30 -19:00, Saturday depending on workloadSalary: 1500-2500gel JOB DESCRIPTION: Develop individual and group tours as per requests of customers (in Georgia and combined with Armenia/Azerbaijan)Make calculations and draw official offers to the Clients and travel agencies abroadResponsible for negotiations with local service suppliers (hotels, restaurants, transportation companies, B&B suppliers, entertainment, etc.)Tour full support and implementation control in quality and timely mannerOrganize, periodically update and manage the customers’ databaseFinding and contacting new Partners for the new marketsParticipation in exhibitions worldwide to promote company and our servicesResponsible for organization of business communication with all partners, suppliers and customersKnowledge about tourist attraction in Georgia is preferable REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: University degree (preferably in Tourism or other relevant field)Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)Excellent knowledge of Russian is required, English or another foreign language would be preferable.Strong communicational and organizational skillsAt least 1 year of experience in tourism or relevant fieldStrong analytical skillsAbility to work under the time pressureCustomer oriented Please send your CV to the following email address: info3@capitaltravel.ge
