Mukhrani , Mtskheta, Georgia Position type: Full-time Monthly Salary: 1550 GEL MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES What will I be doing? Responsible for the daily Reservations by phone or mail.Responsible for the work schedule of the ReservationsSend upcoming reservation schedule daily to all departments by mailEnsure that proper telephone & communication manners are maintained properly by the tourism staffEnsure adequate handling of repetitive guests and VIP guestsProvide our customers with information they need to know about Chateau Mukhrani and our Packages.Handle guests’ complaintsCoordinate big group/event requests in cooperation with the event ManagersDistribute incoming mails to managers according to their dutiesMake budgets for small groupsMake small group invoicesManage annual contracts with tour agencies and providersHave to be involved in planning and organizing eventsControl Feedbacks Job Requirements What are we looking for?
