What you'll own:Facility & equipment upkeep across all sites, with a Support Manager handling daily responseSafety compliance and vendor managementNew store build-outs and relocations, start to finish budget, contractors, permits, launchFleet, distribution, and warehousingCapital planning and team leadership What we're looking for:4+ years in facilities, maintenance, or project managementFood and Beverage or Hospitality industry experience requiredStrong people and vendor management skillsFluent Georgian and EnglishEngineering or technical background a plus Salary: Competitive, based on experience (7,000+ GEL net/month) + performance bonuses and benefits.
