GT Motors – the official dealer of international brands Jaguar Land Rover, BMW, MINI, BMW Motorrad, Ford and Suzuki in Georgia - is announcing a vacancy for the position of Barista for its Jaguar Land Rover Showroom Location: 155, Aghmashenebeli Alley, Tbilisi Position Type: Full-Time Work schedule: Monday-Friday and every second Saturday, 10:00-18:00 The Barista is responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages and light refreshments to customers and visitors in the dealership's customer lounge, ensuring an elevated hospitality experience consistent with the Jaguar Land Rover modern luxury brand standards KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Prepare and serve a range of hot and cold beverages (espresso-based drinks, specialty coffee, tea, and other refreshments) to a consistently high standardMaintain proper coffee machine calibration and ensure beverage quality and presentation meet brand standardsOffer light snacks or refreshments where applicable, in line with dealership hospitality offeringsAnticipate customer needs, offering beverages proactively to those waiting for service, sales consultations, or vehicle deliveryHandle special requests (e.g., dietary preferences) courteously and efficientlyMaintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the coffee station and lounge area at all timesMonitor and manage inventory of coffee, milk, and other consumables; place restock requests as neededEnsure equipment (coffee machine, grinder, refrigeration units) is cleaned and maintainedMaintain a professional, well-groomed appearance in line with dealership uniform and grooming standards REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS Prior barista, café, or hospitality experience preferredKnowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment (training will be provided if needed)Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsStrong sense of presentation, cleanliness, and attention to detailAbility to remain composed and courteous under pressure during busy periodsBasic understanding of food hygiene and safety practicesLanguages: Georgian – native; English – fluent KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS Customer satisfaction feedback related to lounge/hospitality experienceBeverage quality and consistencyLounge cleanliness and presentation standards Please apply to this job online using following link: https://hel-ai.com/apply/myTdoQCd
